Our journey began in 1991, guided by the visionary leadership of the late Mr. Ananda Sirisena.

Mr. Sirisena, a highly accomplished C-Level professional with over 40 years of experience in operational management, financial accounting, and marketing, began his company secretarial career in 1991. He offered his expertise across various industries and held significant roles in organizations such as the National Science Foundation Sri Lanka and the Colombo Electrical Traders Association. His leadership also extended to companies like Odiris Coconut Scrapers and A&A Associates. In 2008, under his mentorship, Ananda Sirisena and Company was established and continues to serve clients, maintaining his legacy of excellence.
The firm, based in Colombo, Sri Lanka, operates globally with an office in Melbourne, Australia. It specializes in business development, compliance, and corporate governance, with a distinguished team of Chartered Secretaries, Accountants, and Attorneys. To enhance its service offerings, the company introduced Double Entry (Pvt) Ltd, which focuses on financial accounting, audit, and payroll services, providing tailored solutions for its clients.
