Welcome to The Boardroom, a mobile application developed and operated by ASAC (Ananda Sirisena & Co (Private) Limited), headquartered in Sri Lanka. By accessing or using our app, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using The Boardroom app, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this app. By using the app, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

3. Use of the App

The Boardroom app is provided free of charge for general use. However, certain services—such as document delivery, courier services, and premium consultations—may incur fees. These fees will be clearly communicated before purchase.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to: (a) Provide accurate and complete information. (b) Use the app only for lawful purposes. (c) Not misuse, hack, or reverse-engineer the app.

5. Paid Services

Fees for paid services are displayed within the app. Payments are processed via secure third-party gateways. No refunds will be issued once a service is rendered unless otherwise stated.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and software within the app are the property of ASAC or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the app without prior written consent.

7. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy at https://www.theboardroom.lk/privacy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your data.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the app at any time, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or ASAC.

9. Limitation of Liability

ASAC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app or any services provided.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Colombo.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Public Document Disclaimer

Documents uploaded during registration are certified copies issued by the Registrar General of Companies. These documents are public and accessible via www.eroc.gov.lk. Users may download and share these documents with any parties using any channel. ASAC (Ananda Sirisena & Co (Private) Limited) shall not be held liable for any misuse of this information by users.
